How to request account deletion

PropertyTCO™ supports in-app initiation of account deletion. This page explains the expected process and what may happen to account-related information after a request is submitted.

Requesting deletion inside the app

If you are signed in, open Settings and use the account deletion request option. That creates an in-app request tied to your account and helps PropertyTCO™ process the request with the correct context.

Public contact option

If you cannot access the app, you can email service@propertytco.com with the email address used for the account and a short explanation that you want to delete the account.

What deletion means

PropertyTCO™ will aim to remove account access and personal data that are no longer needed to operate the service. Some data may still be retained where required or reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, tax, or recordkeeping purposes.

Timing

Account deletion may not always be immediate. PropertyTCO™ may process deletion manually, especially while internal administrative tools continue to evolve. If additional time is needed, PropertyTCO™ should communicate the expected timeline to the user.
