Account Deletion
How to request account deletion
PropertyTCO™ provides an in-app account deletion option. PropertyTCO™ Residential and PropertyTCO™ Services use one shared account, so a deletion request applies to both apps. This page explains what is removed, what is preserved, and how to get help if you cannot sign in.
Requesting deletion inside the app
If you are signed in to either app, open Settings, find Account, and select the account-deletion option. Review the confirmation carefully before completing the action. Signing out of one app does not delete the shared account.
Public contact option
If you cannot access the app, you can email service@propertytco.com with the email address used for the account and a short explanation that you want to delete the account.
What deletion means
Deleting your shared account removes your login access to both apps, deactivates notification devices, disassociates your ownership access from properties, and removes active owner or contractor marketplace access. Some account, proposal, job, payment-state, review, moderation, and support information may still be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, tax, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes.
Your property record is not deleted
Account deletion does not delete a property, its assets, maintenance history, service records, documents, or reports. Co-owners keep their access. If no owner remains, the property is made private and may later be claimed or transferred through a verified ownership process.
Subscriptions are managed separately
Deleting your PropertyTCO™ account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage store subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.
