Bring your service business to PropertyTCO Services. Here's how to get started in your browser. Review the Terms and Privacy Policy before registering. Choose "I'm a contractor," then enter your email and password. Enter the verification code from your email. If it's missing, check spam or request a new code.
Add your business name, public contact details, and a short introduction. The example hides account details for privacy. Set your service ZIP code and travel radius. Choose only the services your business is qualified to provide. Save your business profile. Provider verification and payout setup are separate steps.

What is PropertyTCO Services?
Services is the contractor marketplace within PropertyTCO, a broader home-records and homeownership platform. Homeowners describe work; businesses can review matching requests and propose their own scope, timing, and price when those requests are available. We are building the initial Utah provider network, not offering a guaranteed stream of leads.
Is registration free? What about future fees?
Yes. Creating an account and business profile is free. Under the current launch model, there is no contractor lead fee, contractor commission, or required contractor subscription; the homeowner pays a separate PropertyTCO service fee. Future paid features or pricing changes would be presented for review before you agree to them. We are not promising that every future feature will be free. See the current fee summary.
Do I choose my prices and which jobs to quote?
Yes. You decide which available requests fit your business and set your proposal's scope, schedule, and price. Registration does not commit you to taking a job. Only list services you are prepared and qualified to perform, and choose the area you actually serve.
How will proposals work?
Review a request, ask scope questions, and submit your price, timing, inclusions, and exclusions. The homeowner compares proposals and selects a provider. See the Services workflow.
Will customers pay me directly, and when would I get paid?
No. Customer payments are not open yet. The planned process is homeowner funding through Stripe at proposal selection, followed by release to the contractor after completion review and homeowner approval. Stripe then sends the payout to your bank; release is not a promise of instant bank availability. Do not begin work based only on a profile or proposal; confirm the job is authorized and funded. This is not an escrow service.
Does signing up mean I am verified or ready for paid jobs?
No. Email verification confirms your account email. Saving a business profile is a separate step from provider identity and applicable credential review. Stripe identity and bank checks are separate again. None of these steps, by itself, means customer payments are open. Check the status shown in your workspace.
Can I join from Utah County or another Utah service area?
Yes. The initial paid-service launch is planned for Utah only, including businesses serving Utah County. Set your center ZIP code and a realistic travel radius. A listed service area is your preference, not a promise that requests or customers are currently available there.
Can I read the Terms before creating an account?
Yes. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are public and do not require an account. Already have a PropertyTCO account? Sign in with that account instead of registering again.
What if verification or profile saving fails?
Check spam for your email code and use the resend option if needed. Profile saving requires a business phone and email, a five-digit ZIP, a radius of 1 to 250 miles, and at least one service. Send support the error message, never your password, verification code, or bank details.
