What support can provide

  • PropertyTCO™ Owner Report: a professional property record generated from owner-entered property, asset, document, and cost-planning information.
  • PropertyTCO™ Verified Report: a higher-trust report supported by a PropertyTCO™ review workflow. Verified Reports are currently offered in Utah, with out-of-state pricing available by request.
  • Report lookup: use the Verify Report page to check whether a PropertyTCO™ Verified Report verification number matches a current PropertyTCO™ record.

Preferred support path

Inside the app, users can submit support requests tied to the role and workflow they are using. That helps PropertyTCO™ respond with the right context. Public email support is also available when direct written communication is needed.

Sales, reports, and property setup

For PropertyTCO™ Verified Report requests, Utah availability, out-of-state pricing, subscriptions, property setup, contractor interest, account access, or certifier applications, email sales@propertytco.com .

Account deletion and privacy requests

PropertyTCO™ supports in-app initiation of account deletion and privacy-related requests. For public contact outside the app, users can email service@propertytco.com and include the email address used with the account plus a short summary of the request.
